JR Anderson   
Jr currently serves as President of Acoustical Surfaces Inc A high end custom Acoustical products company in Minnesota.
Joining the company right after attending St. Cloud State University studying international business, marketing and public speaking in 2000.
He was originally hired for and inside sales position but quickly migrated to corporate management the next year being promoted to national sales manager.
Then again promoted in 2004 to vice president of operations. During this time he was pivotal in implementing core structure, process and management needed to help the company grow to the next level. In 2006 he was promoted to President where he still serves as the creative driving force for product development and recognizing new market opportunities. Since taking over as President he has taken this small U.S. sales and marketing company to a global leader in specialty high end acoustical products while expanding in to a full on product line master distribution and manufacturing company. During his tenure the company has experience rapid growth realizing year over year growth in excess of 15% while continually diversifying into new products and markets for a safer more calculated growth platform.
