Winter Wine Dinner

Description

Our 2017 Winter Wine Dinner will feature Schram award-winning wines at a seated dinner catered by Chuckwagon Catering.  They are preparing a multi-course dinner to accompany each wine to enhance the pairing experience.  Guests will enjoy a wonderful evening in our tasting room, hear from the winemaker and will enjoy a fun evening of food and wine.  This dinner has limited seating.  Registration required.   RESERVE YOUR SEAT HERE.  $55 per person plus tax.  Club members – $50.

Menu:

First course: Creole Shrimp with Smoked Gouda Grits

Second Course: Roasted Tomato Bisque, Field Green Tomato Salad & Manchego

Third Course: Barnstormer Braised Short Ribs

Croquette Potato, Baby Carrots & Cipollini Onions

Fourth Course: Chocolate Spoonbread, Melba Sauce

Each course will be paired with a thoughtfully selected Schram wine.
