Mike's been with Boulay since 2000 and was promoted to partner in 2014. He specializes in providing federal and state income tax research, and finding solutions to complex client tax questions.
Mike has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association – Tax Section and the Minnesota State Bar Association – Tax Section.
