Prior to founding kiddywampus (a specialty toy retailer with locations in Chanhassen & Hopkins) in 2006, Saldanha practiced law as a civil litigator in Chicago (she earned her JD from Valparaiso School of Law); then she had stints in operations and talent management at several digital start-ups.
