Experience the art of slowing down. Restorative Yoga is a very gentle practice where you lie in a yoga position, fully supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks & straps) and relax into the pose. Once set up in a pose, you will release all the muscles in the body into a passive stretch. Essential oils will be applied to enhance this deeply relaxed state-treat yourself! No yoga experience necessary.
