Foodie Group is back in action!
Due to popular demand, Beth Schupanitz of Inspiring Health will be presenting her tips on how to pack healthy school lunches for your little ones.
She makes it easy, sustainable and speaks from personal experience. The best way to learn is from each other in a community setting :)
Socialize and coffee 10-10:15 am
Presentation 10:15- 11 am
Anyone can come - not just practice members so bring friends and family that may be interested. :)
