Upstream, by Dan Heath explores how to prevent problems before they happen. This session will explore the concepts of Upstream Thinking and its barriers so you can adapt an Upstream mindset so you can have a greater impact.

Lisa Anderson is the Principal of Clarity Leadership, a consulting firm with a mission of developing leaders at every level. She is a speaker, trainer, coach and consultant who believes that the most important component of leadership is the ability to manage mindset, which enables her to unleash the leader that exists within each and every person.
