Leadership is about influence. Everybody is a leader in that everybody influences someone or something. Some people are capital 'L' leaders and some are small 'l' leaders. The difference may be seen in the size of the mountain one climbs, or the complexity of problems to be solved, or the number of people one leads. But everyone is a leader. You are invited to Chanhassen Rotary's "Influencers" series to hear high capacity leaders speak about their significant arenas of influence.
