Join us on Tuesday, July 15 from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at Top of the Mill, located at 500 N. Pine St. for an informative get-together.
- Signage in Downtown Find out about the recently approved changes to the ordinance as well as the creation of sign design guidelines filled with full color examples of all types of signs. Copies will be available. How to apply for matching grants for signs and awnings, as well as funding for storefront improvement loans, will also be presented.
- Expanded Parking Learn about plans currently underway for a 26 stall parking lot to be constructed on Walnut Street yet this year, that also include relocation of the Ernst House to this location.
- Firemen's and Schimelpfenig Parks See the latest plans for redevelopment of this important property rich in Chaska's history, as well as plans for the adjoining commercial property as a restaurant, event and curling center.
