Apple Pick'n Days

Description

Come pick some apples, make a scarecrow, arm wrestle a farmer or get a free charcoal portrait…just a few of the fun activities you can do to benefit Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
Deardorff Orchards, Parley Lake Winery and the Ladybug Chapter of The Children’s Association-Minneapolis are proud to present their 3^rd annual Apple Pick’n Days celebration to raise funds for an important organization.
 
“We have in our midst this amazing facility which quietly provides excellent health service to our greater community,” says Chris Krug, supporter of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics.  “We invite everyone to join us for great family fun.”
Enjoy music from The Twin Cities Jazz Cats and The Willis Clan of NBC’s America’s Got Talent and TLC’s The Willis Family.  Taste some wine, enjoy the Mulhern Irish Dancers, go on a wagon ride, have your hair braided by Juniper Salon, pet the animals, get your face painted and so much more. It’s an entertaining event for children and adults alike. 
Proceeds go to support Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota to help maintain its longstanding commitment to improve children’s health.  Children’s provides high-quality, family-centered pediatric services and advances those efforts through research and education.  This work is made possible in large part by generous philanthropic and volunteer support from individuals and organizations throughout the state and region.
