Description

For decades now, we have all been warned that the Sun is dangerous. At best you have been told it will wrinkle your skin and cause premature aging. At worst you've been told it will greatly accelerate your risk of cancer. Sunbathing is now portrayed as a social evil. It is considered evidence of poor health judgment, an activity that is comparable, in many circles, to smoking cigarettes or drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. Is the sun is your enemy? Can sunshine kill you? Do you need to stay out of the sun?

The answer is quite emphatically, NO! Sunshine is vital the human body for many reasons but especially because it allows your body to create Vitamin D. One of the most powerful hormones that your body produces. This hormone is linked to immune strength, mood, neurologic development and regulates the normal function of over 2500 genes in your body.

At this workshop we will cover the importance of Vitamin D, the problems that arise when we are deficient and how to make sure we safely get enough sunshine to produce optimal amounts of vitamin D.

RSVP today by calling (952) 368-4700!

We'll see you there!
